We are so excited to have you in the Ellisville community! We are very fortunate to have a wonderful school with faculty and staff who help our students learn to their fullest potential. The Ellisville Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) works closely with them to supplement school programs, activities and events - and also adds a lot of spirit and fun.  

 What does the PTO do?

• The PTO’s mission is to enhance students’ experiences, provide increased communication between the school and parents, and to build Ellisville pride and sense of community.  

• Everyone who has a student at Ellisville is automatically a member of the PTO.  

• In order to achieve our goals, we need parent support both financially and through volunteering. 

• The PTO sponsors many school programs and events such as classroom supplies and learning aids, class parties, student transportation for grade level field trips, Trunk or Treat, teacher grants and appreciation, Field Day, and so much more. 

Fundraising – There are two main fundraising campaigns to help cover the costs to fulfill our mission:

1. Ready, Set, GIVE! (RSG) is the PTO’s annual direct giving campaign. RSG began years ago after a parent survey revealed that a donation program would be preferred for fundraising in place of direct sales such as wrapping paper or coupon books. The 2024-2025 campaign officially begins on August 26th and concludes on September 9th. Be on the lookout for the RSG flier in your student’s school folder. 
   

2. Spring Fundraiser is our second annual fundraising event. This is an adult event with auction items. It is also a great way to meet and socialize with other Ellisville parents, guardians, and teachers. Be on the lookout for more information about this fun event.

   

 Ways to Volunteer and Stay Connected   

• Volunteering is a great way to get involved and give back to Ellisville! It's also a way to connect with other families. 

• Visit the Volunteer tab above for a list and description of our committees. We have many volunteer options to fit your schedule whether you want to chair a committee, be a committee member, or help from home.

The Ellisville Tiger PTO uses Membership Toolkit (MTK), an All-in-One communication management tool, to stay connected with Tiger families.   All families have access to the MTK parent portal to maintain their contact information & buzz book display settings, donate to the Ready, Set, Give Campaign, view Volunteer Sign-Ups, shop in the Ellisville Tiger Online Store & easily access the PTO website & social media.

• Pay Complete forms and pay for events held at the school (Carnival wristbands, Winter fundraiser, Ect:)
